2 & Unders

Did you know that drowning, which is associated with swimming, is considered the leading cause of death among young children in Georgia? Children most at risk are ages 1-4 years of age. There is no better activity to teach your child than swimming.

Unlike many other activities, parents expect their children to learn to swim quickly, because it is a vital lifesaving skill. What is important to take into account, is that like everything else, it takes time to learn and consistency to get better at swimming. Our goal at Seven Oceans is to create a fun, safe environment for our littles to learn to respect the water.

Below we have listed the baby steps that will guide your child through our program into a strong, confident swimmer!

Baby Steps

3 Day Coast

Weekly Lessons

3 Day Coast will be offered 1 time a month for 2 & Unders to jump start their swim lesson experience. At a young age, it take a consistent routine to get use to leaving mom and dad and spending time with an instructor in the water. Having 3 consecutive days helps to ease our littles into lessons smoothly. We will work on balance, kicks, proper body placement, breath control, and slowly but surly piece it all together!

Weekly options are available to those who can commit to a 5-month schedule. No matter the course, all lessons will be private and tailored to your child's individual needs. If there is no room for weekly lessons, the 3 Day coast is a great option that Nicole feels has an advantage to weekly lessons, as long as you make it each month.

Coast To Seven

Coast to Seven is recommended for children who are 2.5 and older and are ready to put all the skills together to form a swimmer! The 7 days in a row foster growth that can't be created in weekly lessons. The repetition creates muscle memory, confidence, and muscle memory. If your child is not swimming at 3 independently, you must take this course before entering weekly lessons.
