Our app is the main way we communicate with families. This is where you will receive direct communication through the chat feature as well as reminders and announcements. Please make sure notifications are turned on so you do not miss important information.

Coast to Seven Requirement
All new swimmers ages 3 and up are required to complete the Coast to Seven course before enrolling in weekly lessons. We do not offer weekly lessons for swimmers ages 3+ who have not first completed this course. During the Coast to Seven course, your child is also being evaluated for the best placement into weekly lessons. While we cannot guarantee a specific day, time, or instructor, we always do our best to place swimmers where they will be most successful and comfortable.
Booking & Attendance Policy
Once you’re booked, you’re locked in! Because spots are held specifically for your swimmer, we do not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or makeup lessons for missed classes. With the number of students we serve, it would be impossible to accommodate makeup lessons for everyone.
Good news, we do offer another option! Families can use our Facebook page to offer up lessons ahead of time and pick up another available lesson that fits their schedule. Swaps are coordinated family-to-family and are not managed by our team.
