Olympic Strokes
This class is for younger swimmers who are ready to take the next step beyond basic swim skills but are not yet familiar with the four Olympic strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Swimmers must already be able to swim independently and come up for air confidently on their own. This is a technique-focused class designed to introduce proper stroke mechanics in a structured, small-group setting. Participants must be able to stay with the group, follow directions, and be ready to learn—this is not a play-based class. Swimmers should come prepared to focus, work hard, and build a solid foundation for future swim team readiness.
Swim Team Prep
This class is designed for swimmers who are not yet proficient in freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly but are ready for the structure and pace of a swim team environment. We focus on refining stroke technique while also building endurance through structured practices that mirror real swim team workouts. This class is intended for swimmers who are motivated to improve and can follow directions in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. Please note that this is not a recreational class—participants must be ready to work hard, stay focused, and commit to progressing as competitive swimmers.
Stroke Clinic Series
Our Stroke Clinic is designed for children who can already swim independently and are ready to take the next step in refining their technique. This is a group learning environment with up to 8 swimmers per class, so its important that each child is able to listen, stay focused, and apply instruction. Children who have a difficult time paying attention or following direction may do a better job in private lessons.

The clinic is ideal for swimmers who are already familiar with freestyle and beginning backstroke but need help improving form, efficiency, and confidence in the water. The goal is to build strong technique through repetition, coaching, and focus.

This format will feel very similar to summer league swim team. Even if your child has only done private lessons and may need time adjusting to a group setting, this is a great place to start. Learning to listen, take turns, and apply instruction in a group is an important step in becoming a stronger swimmer.

AGE GROUPS
*6yr-7yr olds*: Sundays 2pm-3pm
Must be able to swim independently. Many swimmers at this age are still newer to backstroke, and that's okay, but they should be comfortable moving through the water on their own.

*8yr-10yr olds*: Sundays 3pm-4pm
Should have familiarity with freestyle and some backstroke and be ready to refine skills and build proper stroke techniques.

Group lessons work best when swimmer is motivated, attentive, and ready to learn. If that sounds like your child, this will be a great next step in their progress!
