Sunrise to Sunset is an option for those looking to continue learning after the Coast to Seven course. Instructors will pick up technique right where your child left. This is a great way to maintain what you have learned and advance from there!

How it works...

Sunrise to Sunset includes a package of 2 group lessons (ratio 1:2) that will have dates scheduled close together. Students will be similar in age & ability, allowing the instructors teaching to flow. As this will be their first group class experience, it will take time to learn how to wait safely and patiently while the instructor is working with the other student. Group lessons allow for students to learn by observation, as well as showcase their skills to others.

Instructors will zone in on technique previously taught. The sunrise lesson is crucial for restoring correct form and getting rid of bad habits. With good form, comes an increased feeling of relaxation, also improving your child’s self confidence in the water.

Our Sunset class will focus on breath, control & endurance, requiring students to surpass limits. More advanced skills, challenging both mind and body will be applied on day 2.
