
This course is designed to teach your child how to swim safely with their face in the water, using proper breath control, correct body placement, and a strong, efficient kick to propel themselves primarily with their feet. Each lessons builds essential strength, awareness, and technique while developing the confidence to know what to do if they were to fall into the water without a flotation deceive. If your child progresses at a faster pace, we will work on coming up for breaths independently. For children who already swim on their own, we will begin introducing the four Olympic Strokes. Throughout the week, instructors help swimmers build trust in themselves- showing them that when they apply the skills they've learned, real progress happens.
