The introductory course that all new clients must take is the COAST TO SEVEN course. This 7-day course is recommended for kids who do not know how to swim, kids that lack confidence in their swimming abilities, and kids who need a crash course.
Ages 2.5 years and older may take this course.
We Will Work on...
Outcome
This course is designed to teach your child how to swim safely with their face in the water, powering themselves primarily with their feet. The goal is for your child to gain the strength, knowledge, and confidence to know what to do if tossed into the pool without a flotation device. If your child is learning at a more advanced pace, we will try to master coming up for breaths. If your child can already swim independently, we will work on the four Olympic strokes.

​This is NOT an ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) Coast to Seven is geared towards swimming, not survival techniques.

Teachers will vary during the 7 days and you cannot request a specific teacher.

Children in physical therapy, with sensory issues, or any other special needs are welcome! We will not guarantee a swimmer, as there are more obstacles to cross that should not be expected within a short time frame.
